Foundation Housing
The Ask:
Social and affordable housing provider Foundation Housing wanted communications support to launch their Elevate program, an innovative affordable housing development that used an Australian-first funding model. They needed to reach industry stakeholders, government, its internal team, potential tenants and also the wider community.
What we did:
Crafted worked with Foundation Housing to develop a message matrix and communications plan to ensure the right information was delivered to its various stakeholders for the project launch. Working with the internal team and CSR Marketing, we helped execute the plan, undertaking copywriting, comms support and running a public relations campaign, which included media outreach and competition submissions.
The Result:
The Elevate project was launched to market with great success. All materials carried consistent messaging, a variety of activities were undertaken to ensure all stakeholders had visibility of the Elevate program, and we won key media coverage and awards. Interest in the available residential properties outstripped supply, and Foundation Housing has been recognised by the industry for its innovative approach.
