Brand Refresh & Marketing Strategy
Satori
The Ask:
Automated financial monitoring platform Satori has been helping organisations identify errors and fraud in their procure-to-pay processes for more than two decades, with more than 200 of Australia’s largest companies on its client list.
With a growing market for automated/AI software, and a new payee verification product joining the product suite, Satori wanted to reinvigorate its brand and its message to customers.
Crafted Comms was asked to review Satori’s brand and marketing, provide recommendations including a visual refresh and messaging, and develop a new website and marketing plan to reinvigorate its brand and offer.
What we did:
We undertook an extensive diagnosis of Satori’s current position, opportunities, risks, audiences and marketing, which included one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders in the business, and clients.
These inputs resulted in an updated messaging matrix, including brand positioning, audience and product messaging, and channel and marketing recommendations, to create clarity and cut-through for Satori about their offer with audiences.
The brand visuals were also reviewed, resulting in an updated logo and style guide, keeping much of the Satori brand heritage but providing it with a fresh and modern feel.
The updated messaging and visuals were used to develop a new website: https://satorigrp.com/
The Result:
The diagnostic processes helped to reconfirm Satori’s audiences and align its growing offer.
The refreshed messaging is clear and concise, and uses eye-catching proof points to tell Satori’s strong story about its return on investment.
The updated brand visuals are dynamic and eye-catching, while staying true to Satori’s heritage, and the new website successfully positions Satori as a leading expert, both credible and innovative brand, that delivers a return on investment for its clients.
The marketing strategy is successfully connecting with customers and potential customers across Satori’s eco-system of channels, with increasing engagement.
