Brand Comms Strategy and Implementation
Churchill / Sia Partners
The Ask:
We first worked with management consultancy agency Churchill when it was looking to increase its brand presence and profile with its target markets, including clients, potential staff and the broader WA business community. The ask shifted 18 months later when Churchill was acquired by, and became, Sia Partners.
What we did:
We developed a full brand marketing strategy for Churchill to connect with its B2B audience, covering content, social media, events, employer branding and sponsorships, and established an always-on cadence for activities. We then worked with Churchill as its marketing partner to help execute the strategy plan.
When Churchill was acquired by Sia Partners, we worked closely with the Sia Partners head office to plan for the launch of the brand, from developing collateral, messaging and website content, managing media relations and supporting a Sia Partners launch event.
The Result:
Prior to its rebrand, Churchill had developed a stronger and more consistent brand presence across a number of channels, with activities directed towards engaging with key audiences and growing engagement.
Following its acquisition, Sia Partners was launched very successfully into the Australian market, attracting media, client and industry attention, and successfully presenting the specific expertise the Australian arm brings to the global Sia Partners village.
Testimonial
Working with Bec and the team at Crafted has been a game changer for us. They bring strategic rigour to our thinking and added firepower to marketing execution. I’d happily recommend Crafted Comms to other businesses.
