The Ask:
Global rebar software company ADDA is a long-term partner of Crafted Comms. We first helped them when they were looking to refresh the ADDA brand and approach as part of a push into global market, including the US and UK and Europe.
With a well trusted product and offer and more than a decade in market ADDA wanted to re-define its brand strategy, its visual identity, and approach to get cut-through for its innovative software products in a niche market dominated by larger players.
With the brand reinvigorated, Crafted Comms has continued to provide ADDA with ongoing marketing support to raise ADDA’s profile and connect with audiences across its global market across key digital, social, PR and partnership channels.
What we did:
Running a series of workshops with ADDA’s leadership group, we worked through a brand strategy to incorporate its product lines, and developed a solid brand blueprint for ADDA to use as its identify moving forward. We also developed a new look and feel for ADDA, including logo, colour and tone of voice. Finally, we developed a go-to-market approach, including a content strategy and recommended marketing channels.
Since then, we have been executing on that marketing plan across key B2B channels digital, social and PR and media.
The Result:
With ADDA’s brand strategy re-aligned to its business direction, and a fresh and modern brand look and feel, ADDA continues to stand out from its competitors.
For the past few years, Crafted has continued to work closely with the ADDA team on brand, marketing and communications and activities and messaging to reach key markets in the US, Europe and Middle East.
Crafted has successfully helped ADDA reach new audiences and increase brand visibility and profile, with ADDA now positioned as an exciting and flexible global software partner, offering cutting-edge technology suited to the needs of the fast-changing construction industry.
