BRAND IDENTITY
Sterling Group
The Ask:
Two well established and highly regarded Veterinary Specialists and Emergency Hospitals – QVS and VSA, had joined forces to create a group structure for further growth and expansion, improved industry knowledge sharing and combined corporate services.
Crafted Comms was asked to help the TopCo develop a brand strategy and identity to launch into the competitive veterinary specialist market.
What we did:
With the market competitive, positioning was key for the new entity. We took the Top Co through our Discovery process, including competitor review and stakeholder interviews, to identify, and get consensus, on the TopCo’s objectives, challenges and opportunities.
With this clear, we collaboratively worked with the project team to identify name options, develop the brand strategy and then the brand’s look and feel.
The Result:
Over a number of months, we developed a brand identity that is strongly aligned to where the Sterling Group team, and its many stakeholders want to take the company. The visual identity positions the brand and sets it apart in a busy market.
The thoughtful and collaborative process has ensured strong buy-in to the process, creating a cohesive and supportive base for Sterling Group to take its excellence to market.
