The Ask:

Following a hiatus during Covid, the International Microgrid Association wanted to reinvigorate its member communications, and execute on a plan to develop a roadmap for the microgrid industry.

What we did:

We worked closely with the IMA Board members to establish a plan for developing the IMA Roadmap, working in conjunction with KPMG. This included a both a qualitative and quantitative approach to collecting insights from IMA members all over the world about the future of the industry, and establishing the narrative for the Roadmap. We also re-established external channels with members, including LinkedIn, member enews and setting up a series of webinars on different industry topics.

The Result:

The IMA re-invigorated its member and industry communications, broadly canvassing industry views in the first-of-its-kind roadmap Microgrids: The Way Forward that helped define the use-case and case studies for microgrids and increasing knowledge sharing across members and the industry through the highly successful webinar series.
